The Slide Seminar Course Module is now open and consists of 39 challenging cases. Please note the following:

• Module can be accessed by clicking on the link below, you do not need a login

• The recommended browser is Chrome; however, other browsers may also work

• Module is also accessible on cellphone, but the image quality may be lower

• Instructions can be downloaded in the module from the Attachments button in the upper right corner

• The authors will discuss the cases on Friday, Sept 6 from 16:00-17:20 and Saturday, Sept 7 from 10:30-12:00

• The answers will be posted in the Attachments after the meeting

• The module will be kept open for 30 days after the meeting
